Another release from Soma Hayato. This time he’s managed to put together another album that blows us away here. Finely crafted IDM and Ambient on display and the 2 remixes are also of high quality. Has been on rotation for ages here at the label, and know you’ll have it on rotation as well after hearing this.
Genre: Downtempo
This is the final album from label artist Polygon-Boy. We don’t know what the future holds, but this is a fitting last album to the Polygon-Boy name. Lo-fi Downtempo that is perfect for relaxing by the sea, or just on your porch on a cool summer evening.
New label artist Koax hails from Rostock, Germany. He brings a slightly darker side to the Downtempo and Ambient side of the label on this 8 track release. Focused on grand atmospheres, this sure feels like the soundtrack to a sci-fi movie.
Our second Cd release is a somewhat different one than our first Cd. While still having Coppice Halifax on board, this also has eleven other artists, some new to the label, and others label favorites. No Techno on display making this a fully Ambient release in nature. Forest of Sound showcases the sounds we are currently interested in in the world of Ambient.
A brand new Ep from Mokano7 brings us more of that delightful Ambient Techno vibe. Swirling pads, voices and more samples than you can think of, this shows off the ever maturing sound of Mokano7.
The Dandelion Council brings his brand of Lo-Fi electronics and Ambient on his first solo release on the label. His usual chilled out atmosphere is on display with a kind of playfulness you wouldn’t expect.
SHiMOTET returns to the label with another release more focused on the Ambient side of his sound. More chill sounds are showcased on this Downtempo and Ambient release. Less playful than his first release, but still showcasing the talent he has.
Polygon-Boy returns to the label for a lo-fi electronic adventure, bringing along fellow artist, and long time favorite of the label, The Dandelion Council. Filtered Downtempo and Ambient highlight this release.
Edmahnd returns to the label this time with a release all of his own. Shades of Steve Roach’s Ambient excursions into the deep kicks floating off into the distant lands are showcased, and then Edmahnd shows off his pure Ambient side on the final track.
Eastern Depths returns to the label with a second volume. Full of tracks focused more on atmospheres over the course of 9 tracks. This release showcases more great talent in the Techno and Downtempo world. We couldn’t be more pleased to have a second volume.
SHiMOTET joins the ever growing roster with a release that could be described as light, airy and playful. A unique sound that sounds as much as Ambient Techno as it does Downtempo. Giving 4 tracks for his first release on the label, and hopefully not the last, we see the sound change from Ambient to Ambient Techno to Downtempo ending with a chopped up vocals infused playful and light Techno track.
Our first album from Polygon-Boy fuses chiptune like beats, odd sounds, Ambient and Downtempo for his first release on the label. Reminding us of artists like Ten and Tracer and The Dandelion Council, this is an honor for us to release.
Our first album from [intentionally left blank] is a sonic mashing of beats, noise, textures and other sounds to create a concept album about heading out as a person inside the internet. From the entering, all the way to the getting home, this is one album you won’t forget. Deep sounds and atmosphere dominate this album.
Our first release of 2015 sees Wolf Asylum returning to the label with a light and airy IDM/Downtempo EP called Daydreamer. Featuring 4 tracks that show off and even more light side than his last release on the label, this is sure to be a pleaser.
