Louigi Verona brings us the soundtrack to his maze game 15 Orbs of Votsor. This time around, it’s a different sounding release than the releases that he’s done with us in the past. He fuses his dronescape sound and atmosphere into Ambient Techno and at times dubby Ambient Techno and smooth IDM. There are a couple of straight up Ambient tracks, but most of it is Dronescape atmosphere with flowing basslines and Ambient Techno grooves. While the sound is different, this is a high quality release from Louigi. Grab the game itself here.

Chronos: The Battle For is a 10 track album that is designed to be a soundtrack sampler for a fictional RPG. The project was inspired by the game Pier Solar and The Great Architects. The album starts off with the quiet and moody piano track Lumi, and then goes into an acoustic guitar and strings track Explorers in The Forest. The album is a great Ambient album to relax to, and should remind you of the olden days of RPGs. A great album for lovers of Ambient and video games.
