The modern, ever changing landscape that is the Dub Techno scene is represented on the 2021 installment of the Futur[e]cho series by thirteen fantastic artists. Each gives their unique take on the genre, ranging from Deep Techno colliding with Dub Techno, to Ambient infused Dub Techno. A release for the ages and once again showcasing the talent hiding under the surface of the water.
The 2020 installment of the long running Futur[e]cho series brings together talented new artists to the series along with many familiar artists. Lots of varied styles in the Techno and House genres showcase the vast talent on this year’s release. Quite a modern sound, yet a refined one.
Ten artists give their take on the Dub Techno and Deep Techno sound for this years release. New artists alongside series mainstays showcase the ever evolving sound of the Dub Techno scene. All artists showcase their unique take on the Dub Techno sound starting off with a pretty Ambient piece from Careful Handling, and going through different takes even including some Drone Techno from DeepWarmth, to the smooth sounds of Twin Peetz and MVar, and ending with a truly experimental take on the sound from Coppice Halifax.
Our 100th main series release showcases how far we’ve come with the label over the years. Many, if not all, of the styles we’ve had over the years on the label are on display from many artists to have released on the label and friends of the label. Loads of different styles to please the listening palette

This year’s release showcases a more modern sound in the world of Dub Techno and Ambient Techno. DeepWarmth returns to the label for his second entry in the ongoing remix collection series Night Sessions. Featuring remixes from 2015 including an unreleased aspect. remix and a brand new tune, This one shows his ever changing remixing style, one that sees him trying to input his Ambient sound into everything.
By way of introduction, Portland, OR, producer Sage Taylor offers bp4, a floating dub techno track to demonstrate the new alias… Or, that’s how it began, anyway. A few months, several emails and many remixes later, an album is born.
